Patient Condition
MSA-P, progressive Parkinsonismus über 28 Monate mit schlechter L-Dopa-Antwort. Schwerer nächtlicher Stridor, orthostatische Hypotonie und rasch fortschreitender kognitiver Abbau. UMSARS-I 26, UMSARS-II 32, SCOPA-AUT 24, MoCA 19. Eingeschrieben in eine antiinflammatorische Immuntherapie-Studie.
