MSA-P (Parkinson-Typ), in erster Linie mit Parkinsonismus präsentiert. Progressive Bradykinesie und Steifigkeit seit 24 Monaten, schlechte L-Dopa - Reaktion (< 30% Verbesserung). Schwere orthostatische Hypotonie und nächtlicher Stridor. UMSARS-I 22, UMSARS-II 28, SCOPA-AUT 22
