Multisystematrophie (MSA)
Patient Condition
MSA-C (Zerebellar Typ), vor allem mit Zerebellar-Ataxie präsentiert. Progressive Ganginstabilität und Dysarthrie seit 18 Monaten mit orthostatischer Hypotonie und Harnfunktionsstörung. UMSARS-I 18, UMSARS-II 22, SCOPA-AUT 18. Gehirn MRT zeigte zerebellar Wurm und Hemisphäre Atrophie, "hot cross bun" Zeichen positiv.
