Relying on Huashan Hospital's rich clinical resources and Fudan University's strong scientific research strength, the Cooperation Center of Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University plays an important role in translational medicine research on rare diseases. The center focuses on molecular mechanism research, biomarker discovery and innovative therapy development of rare diseases in the nervous system, and conducts in-depth research in the directions of hereditary ataxia, peripheral neuropathy and neuromuscular junction diseases. Through close cooperation with domestic and foreign research institutions, we will promote the transformation of basic research results on rare diseases into clinical application.
